Taqueria, W11
Thu 3rd Jun 2010
London needs more places like Taqueria - a Mexican café serving up the best (and possibly only) corn tortillas in the UK stuffed with delicious flavours and fillings. A sure fire way to please your taste-buds.
The Cadogan Arms, SW3
Thu 3rd Jun 2010
A facelift sometimes goes horribly wrong and looking at some of the women on the King's Road only supports this theory. Other times it uncovers the diamond in the rough - The Cadogan Arms looks better than ever and they have the food to match the face.
Pilpel, E1
Thu 27th May 2010
Spitalfields is a hotbed for eateries and food-to-go, so don't blame yourself if you send the work experience kid down there only to find they return with magic beans, such is the selection. Instead of giving them free reign with your hard earned dollar, give them a print out from Google Maps and send them straight to the Loafing Team lunch favourite Pilpel.
Retsina, NW3
Thu 27th May 2010
Greek food has all the right ingredients - meat, bread, Ouzo... it's no wonder we love it, yet finding great Greek food in London is something of a hardship. Retsina, therefore, is just the place to alleviate such concerns.
Konstam, WC1X
Thu 20th May 2010
Like LoafingList, Konstam is a champion of all things local to our fair and smoggy city. Ensconced in tropical King's Cross, Konstam has been turning Londoners green (in a good way) and now it's your turn.
