Fin's

No self-respecting (or even self-loathing) loafer should be without his own loafers for comfy walking around town. Fins provides high quality, world famous loafers in a brilliant range of colours and even more than this, they offer an understated way to stand out from the crowd.

Fin's

It stands to reason that LoafingList would endorse some loafers at some point. They speak to us - shoes without laces are perfect for lazing in. And from a blatant branding standpoint, it's the essential clothing item. LoafingList Loves Loafers.

Then again... it's more than that - simply put, Fin's are a great addition to your footwear ensemble and we would tell you to buy them regardless. There are currently two ranges - the original George (suede loafers) and the relatively new Reggie (leather loafers).

We opted for the George, which are available in a multitude of colours - many of them are bright and brash, but if that's not your bag there are the more subdued and sensible browns and blacks available too. What with the frenzy of branding obsession, it was only natural that we purchased the vibrant Rio Reds to strut our stuff in.

The shoes themselves fit as snug as a bug in a rug on first wear and then mould and stretch to cradle your feet in their soft bosoms. After a while it's like walking with pillows on your feet. Comfy and smart, they're even dapper enough to go clubbing in (but watch the suede) - we're living the dream.

As for the colours... well, we urge you to go for something bright. Sure, we got a few looks in our red loafers (some admiring, some envious, some in ridicule) but you've got to back yourself in this life. As our dear mum always tells us, "if you don't have the sack, get out of the race." Or, should you disagree with our dear ma, get yourself a more subtle shade and relax, safe in the knowledge that you're fashionable and comfortable.
